Responsible for the development of project plans, milestones and key project deliverables and monitoring progress throughout the project lifecycle.
Conduct risk assessment and mitigate identified issues that may impede project success.
Drive the process of gathering or confirming requirements, define the implementation project scope and develop engagement timelines/resources as needed.
Ensure projects are managed against the requirements of the scope of work and manage applicable deliverables.
Partner with cross-functional teams to identify, escalate and support clients as issues arise.
Contribute to internal process optimization and standardization initiatives.
Collaborative mindset who can contribute to the team’s success.
What You Have
3-5 years of experience managing complex projects including; defining project scope, creating project plans, managing project resources, issue resolution, and status reporting.
Bachelor's degree is strongly preferred.
HCM/TMS experience is preferred but not required.
Experience working with public sector clients, preferred but not required.
PMP certification is a plus but not required.
